I normally require at least two weeks notice for most of my cakes and cupcakes. I do try my best to fit in last minute small orders. However please note sometimes is impossible and I do advice my clients to book in advance to avoid disappointment, as I do get booked up very quick.

Collection is from BD10 9QN. Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 11:00am. If you require collection or delivery outside this hours please specify at time of booking and I will do my best to accommodate. Delivery is as specified in question 2.

The easiest way to place an order is either through e-mail, phone, my social media accounts : Facebook,(https://www.facebook.com/happycakeplacebypolia/) Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/happycakeplacebypolia/)or WhatsApp. When you get in touch, please let me know what would you like to order cake/cupcakes, the date you need them for and any designs/colours you might have in mind. I normally respond within an hour and will send you my price and flavours lists. We will go through and confirm design, colours, flavours and any dietary requirements you might have.

I offer a variety of flavours and sponges. When you send me an enquiry I will send you my flavours list. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Whilst I am happy to cater for certain dietary requirements such as Gluten free or Eggless cakes, I do not cater for severe or nut allergies due to health and safety risks. Please enquire if you cake needs adopting in any way and I will be happy to advise. PLEASE NOTE: all ingredients are stored in separate spaces and whilst all effort is made to avoid cross contamination, I can not be responsible for medical allergies not declared at the time of placing the order. Please refer to my Terms of Service for full disclaimer.

Your Cupcakes will remain at optimum freshness for up to 3 days from the day of collection/delivery at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heating. I do not advice to store the cupcakes in the fridge as that is going to dry out the sponge. Your Cakes will remain at optimum freshness for up to 3 days from the day of collection/delivery stored covered either in their original package or food container in the fridge as most cakes contain milk/cream in the buttercream and fillings.

I require a deposit (depending on the order) at the time of booking. Your order will only be confirmed when a deposit is paid. The deposit is then deducted from the final price and balance is to be paid at time of collection/delivery. Currently the payment methods are either cash or bank transfer.

I understand that events get cancelled, due to many reasons. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order, as there is a considerable amount of preparation and work that goes into your order. If I have not started your order or have not ordered any extra toppers, props etc that your order required I am happy to return the deposit, other wise the deposit is non refundable unfortunately.
