Terms Of Service

By purchasing a cake / cupcakes / bouquet from me it is assumed that you have read and accepted my Terms of Service in full.

All prices are non negotiable and priced accordingly to your exact specification of design and size of cake/cupcake/bouquet.

I require a non refundable deposit at the time of placing your order (deposit amount depends of your order final price). The deposit will be dedicated from your final price and the balance is to be paid either in cash or bank transfer on collection/delivery. Payment methods are cash or bank transfer only.

Orders are not confirmed if deposit is not paid!

All orders are made to order and to be collected (unless delivery is agreed at time of placing the order) from HappyCakePlace by Polia listed address.

Any non collected orders due to sickness or extreme circumstances are refundable only at HappyCakePlace by Polia discretion. I reserve the right to refuse a refund of any order placed should I deem is unreasonable or unsuitable to do so.

Once an order is placed, adjustments or alterations might only be made at the discretion of HappyCakePlace by Polia on an individual basis. I reserve the right to refuse any adjustments or alteration after an order is finalised. 

Collection/ delivery times are agreed either at the time of placing the order or the day before collection/delivery. Once collection/delivery time is agreed it is your responsibility to adhere to the chosen time and date. Failure to do so will result in your order being resold. Any rescheduled collection/delivery times will be solely at HappyCakePlace by Polia discretion and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. 

Due to the perishable nature of these products I do not recommend keeping longer than tree days. There is no refund available on any perishable item.

Refrigeration can alter the flavour and the texture of the cupcakes. Please store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

I do recommend to store CAKES in the fridge in the original package or air tide container, as most wedding/celebration/birthday cakes contain milk or cream in the buttercream and fillings.

 

ANY ALLERGIES MUST BE DECLARED AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER !

HappyCakePlace by Polia hold no responsibility of any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at time of placing the order.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Whilst I am happy to cater for certain dietary requirements such as Gluten free or Eggless cakes, I do not cater for severe or nut allergies due to health and safety risks. Please enquire if you cake needs adopting in any way and I will be happy to advise.

 

PLEASE NOTE: all ingredients are stored in separate spaces and whilst all effort is made to avoid cross contamination, I can not be responsible for medical allergies not declared at the time of placing the order.

Due to the nature of these products I can not always guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, separate batches might vary slightly, however I always endeavour to keep consistency.​

You can choose designs/flowers/colours etc. however the final arrangement and placement is at HappyCakePlace by Polia discretion to ensure the best possible results for each individual customer.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order please inform me promptly so that I can rectify any issues in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements can not be issued without return of product.
